Scratch Tools and Techniques

Scratch Tool	Technique - What does the tool do?	Description - What was the tool used for?
Script:  Event: When (green flag) clicked.	When you click on the  green flag, the animation will start.	Starts the animation.
Script:  Event : When backdrop switches tp (backdrop)	It makes the background switch to a different background.	Changes background.
Script : Event : broadcast (message1)	It sends messages to all scripts.	sends scripts.
Script : Event : broadcast (message1) and wait.	It sends messages to all scripts to do something.	sends all scripts to do something.
Script : Motion :  move (10) steps.	Makes the spirit move 10 steps forward.	Spirit walks forward.
Script : Looks : say (Hello!) for (2) seconds	Makes spirit talk for 2 seconds.	Spirit talks.
Script : Looks : switch costume to (costume2)	Switch costumes to change the look of a sprite.	Changes the look of the spirit.
Script : Looks : switch backdrop to (backdrop1)	Switch to the specified backdrop.	Switch backdrop.

This is my scratch tools and techniques. I had to write what the animations did and screen shot the animations and put it in a box.
